FAQ

Questions ABA leaders ask before starting.

Straight answers on scope, security, timelines, and the limits of what reporting can promise.

Do you replace CentralReach?

No. Soza Consulting adds a client-specific Power BI reporting layer on top of data you already own. Your practice-management system stays exactly where it is.

Do you need access to PHI?

The engagement is designed around minimum-necessary, read-only access. Protected health information is never submitted through this website, forms, CRM, or payment tools, and reporting scope is agreed in writing before any access is arranged.

How long does implementation take?

Standard delivery is approximately 10 business days after data access, data quality, KPI definitions, licensing, and scope are validated. Delays in access or definition approval move the timeline.

What is the difference between static and live reporting?

Static reporting is built on agreed structured exports and refreshed manually or periodically. Live reporting connects to an existing warehouse, and refresh frequency depends on your infrastructure and licensing.

Do we need Power BI licenses?

Yes. Power BI licensing and the underlying Microsoft environment are provided by your organization. Licensing requirements are confirmed during the assessment.

Can you guarantee compliance or reimbursement outcomes?

No. Soza Consulting provides monitoring and decision-support reporting. It does not guarantee compliance, audit outcomes, payer approval, reimbursement, or financial results.

Who owns the dashboards?

Deliverables are built inside your approved Microsoft environment wherever practical, and ownership and access terms are documented in the engagement agreement.

Why start with a $950 assessment?

The assessment validates source systems, data quality, licensing, connectivity, and KPI definitions. Without it, any implementation quote would be guesswork.

Do you work with organizations outside ABA?

The productized dashboards, definitions, and status logic are built specifically for ABA operations. Other work is considered case by case as custom reporting.

How is our data kept secure?

Read-only access, minimum-necessary data, and deployment within your approved Microsoft environment whenever practical. Credentials are never exchanged through this website.

Do not submit PHI or patient/client information. Do not submit protected health information, patient or learner information, clinical records, identifiable authorization data, insurance information, or production credentials through this website.
