Dashboard 1
Authorization Compliance and Forecasting
Which active authorizations are compliant, on pace, behind, critical, or unable to meet requirements with the remaining authorized units?
An existing Soza reporting capability based on demonstrated 97156 reporting patterns. Every active, scorable authorization group is classified once, ranked by urgency, and delivered as a worklist rather than a static report.
Scheduled hours are a forecast, not an outcome
Scheduled hours are a planning forecast. They do not improve compliance status until the service is completed and qualifies under the client-approved reporting rules.

Status framework
Statuses are ordered and mutually exclusive, so each record is counted once. Status is never conveyed by color alone — every indicator carries a text label.
Mutually exclusive status logic
Status logic is ordered and mutually exclusive so that an authorization group is counted in exactly one category. This prevents the double-counting that makes conventional authorization reports difficult to reconcile or act on.
Decisions this report supports
- Which authorizations need an amendment request now
- Where to add sessions before an authorization period closes
- Which authorization managers are carrying the highest at-risk volume
- Which regions need a scheduling intervention this week
