Status framework
Statuses are ordered and mutually exclusive, so each record is counted once. Status is never conveyed by color alone — every indicator carries a text label.
Priority-ordered classification
The rules are evaluated in priority order so a target is counted in only one category. Thresholds and lookback windows are configured with the clinical leadership team.
